New gym + Back workout

Got myself a new gym membership! A decent gym now
It got a squatrack, 4 benches, DB's to 110 lbs and a lot of plates/smaller bars
Also got a pool and jacuzzi and stuff like that but won't be using that that much.

First time ever doing BB free weight squats, I think I could've done better but the way I load the bar on my back is just to crazy to even try to go real heavy lol.

First workout after being sick and not feeling well for quite a while, also tried squats free weight which was a pretty good start I think. Was a light workout overall, but my legs were really worn out from that squatting and didn't want to put too much stress on my back trying to go heavy on the deadlift.

Tonight is another party night so no workout tomorrow, probably gonna have a chest+shoulder workout on monday.

Healthy

So I'm completely healthy atm, gonna start with a back/leg workout later today in my basement. Hey ho let's GO!


Also contacted several gyms in my area for information on accomodations and prices because I seriously need to gtfo the one I'm in now. So far got one response:

No squat rack, but somehow place enough to do barbell squats.
49$ a month

My gym atm is:

No squat rack, only a smith machine no barbell anywhere

Overall

All went good and better then last time no complaining towards the workout ^^ Diet is still lacking, I just can't beat the cravings for soda :s
